What is Sublimation?

Sublimation, in printing terms, is a method of printing that transfers a design into a fabric using ink and heat.

Will my items fade or crack?

No! That's the Fantastic thing about sublimation. You do not have to worry about your customized items fading or cracking. Your image is embedded in your customized product.

Are refunds available?

Because our products are custom made, refunds are not allowed once the customized personalization process has started. We allow our clients an opportunity to approve ALL images before printing to ensure quality and accurate work. If you have a problem with your order after you have received it, please contact us using our contact form.

Order turnaround time?

Due to All orders being customized, we ask that you allow approximately 7-14 days to receive your order. This time includes creating images, client approval and customization of the product. This is an approximate time frame and it could change depending on holidays, seasons, and availability of the product. The time frame does not include delivery/shipping (if applicable).

What is DTF Printing?

Direct Transfer Film(DTF) goes directly into the fabric and allows us to customize on cotton, polyester, 50/50 blends, leather, and nylon. Check out our DTF section for shirts!

Are deposits needed?

No, due to the orders being customized, all payments are due in FULL at the time of ordering.
